First I cut the edges clean on the fist sized hole.
Then I did a series of fills with a polyester material, sanded smooth and prepared for the gelcoat spray.
Then I added 4 layers of fiberglass matting to the backside by feeding it through the hole and bringing it back against the wall using a cardboard backer.
The finish gelcoat spray has been wet sanded and blended into the surface, leaving the repair neat and undetectable.
